Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return for eligible items.

Eligible Items

Most items purchased from our store can be returned for a full refund or exchange, provided they are:

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received them
  • In their original packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Opened supplements, vitamins, or nutritional products
  • Personal care items that have been opened or used
  • Items marked as final sale

How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at support@boostyourfitness.store with your order number and reason for return. We'll provide you with a return shipping label and instructions.

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item received was defective or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for your return.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and process your refund within 5-7 business days. Your refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Please note that depending on your financial institution, it may take an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact us at support@boostyourfitness.store and we'll be happy to assist you.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at support@boostyourfitness.store with photos of the damage. We'll arrange for a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
